How do I choose my size?

Check the available sizes on the product page and use the size guide whenever one is provided. Because fits can vary by style, the product-specific guide is the best reference.

Are items made to order?

Many Vincenzo Calagna Atelier pieces are produced after an order is placed. This approach helps reduce unnecessary overproduction and means fulfillment time can include a production period before shipping.

How long will my order take?

Many products are made to order through our production partners. Production often takes around 2–5 business days, depending on the product and facility, before the shipping journey begins. Delivery estimates include both production and shipping time and may vary by destination. You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping destinations, services and charges vary by product and location. Some products qualify for free shipping, but not all items or countries do. The applicable shipping options and total charge appear at checkout before payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.

How do returns work?

Since many items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size or color chosen at checkout, except where required by consumer law. Please review the product's size guide before ordering.

We assist with damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items. Please report quality issues within 30 days of receiving the item, with clear photos and your order number. If your package was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. Eligible issues can result in a replacement or refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
